No. T.E.S.T. is a fresh approach to training for fighters. Trainwell Boxing are ex carded boxers and know what works and what does not. Watch this space, we are so confident T.E.S.T. will get desired results.

Yes, if you are eating excess calories. No, if not.

Yes, if you are still growing, i.e. middleweight that will eventually grow into heavyweight.

No, however fighters will be extremely fatigued post EST. We therefore advise NOT to do skills conditioning and/or roadwork on the same day as EST The 3 days apart post EST are for skills conditioning and/or roadwork.

Roadwork could be done before and after skills conditioning. Jogging and sprinting to the gym works well at getting a sweat up pre skills conditioning. A cool down jog post skills conditioning will be adequate roadwork. Aim for a total of about 3-5 miles. Because you will be training hard during EST this frees up valuable time and energy to do more productive skills conditioning.

EST 1 and EST 2 train different areas of the body and have several days between each to give you ample recovery time.
